Convrt builds AI receptionists for local businesses. That work runs on trust, so our rule with your data is simple: we collect the minimum, use it only for what you asked, and never sell it.
What we collect
Only what you hand us, and the least we can run the site on. There's no account to make and no database of visitors. The form goes to an inbox.
- What you send through the contact form: your name, email and phone number. We ask for the number because the next step is a call. There's also a free-text box, and whatever you write in it comes to us as you wrote it.
- What you tell us about the business: its name, your trade, the town you work in, your current website if you have one, and anything you type in the notes.
- If you use the ROI calculator, the figure it worked out travels with the form when you carry on to contact us. The calculator itself runs entirely in your browser, so close the tab without submitting and none of it reaches us.
- Standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. Your IP is also held in memory briefly to rate-limit the form against spam, and isn't stored.
What we use it for
To reply to you, talk through what you need, and then to do the work if you take us up on it. We don't sell it or hand it to advertisers, and you won't end up on a mailing list you never asked to join.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own, and there are no advertising trackers or third-party analytics on it. Nothing here follows you around. If we ever add analytics we'll pick a privacy-respecting one and update this page before it goes on.
Who we share it with
Two companies, and only so the site runs and your message reaches us. Vercel hosts the site. Resend delivers the email your form submission becomes. Both handle it on our behalf and can't use it for anything of their own. Nobody else sees it.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry lands in an email inbox and stays there while we're talking, and after that if you become a client and we're doing your work. There's no database and no profile of you anywhere. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we'll handle it within one business day. No forms, no hoops.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
